Fall is a popular time to get married here in Vail, Colorado. With all the aspen trees changing color it’s with out a doubt the most beautiful and short lived time of year. Now, a little bit of risk comes along with planning a fall wedding. Things like windy thunderstorms, hale, even snow are all fair game. Which in my opinion still makes of good photos and an exciting wedding day!

Even so this was not the case for Mary Anne and Phil. They were granted the peaceful, calm, beautiful and warm side of fall on their big day. Along with a one room church in a town with a population of around 300ish people , a few 20 gauge shot guns, a sward to open their bottle of champagne, and tons of laughing and love.

Thank you Phil and Mary Anne and congratulations! It was an honor to be a part of your truly unique wedding day! Here are a few photos for you to check out.
